Restoring Lives.

At The SAINT Initiative, we believe restoration is possible for everyone.
Guided by faith and driven by compassion, we help survivors of domestic violence and individuals recovering from life’s most difficult setbacks rebuild their lives and reclaim their purpose.
Through advocacy, mentorship, and community partnerships, we walk beside those in crisis; helping them move from victims to victors, and from despair to dignity.

Rebuilding Lives.
Reclaiming Purpose.
About Us

The SAINT Initiative—Superior Alliance for Integration, Navigation & Transformation—is a faith-based nonprofit organization serving Central Florida. We exist to meet people at their lowest moments and guide them toward healing, restoration, and renewed purpose.
Our name reflects our calling: to help others navigate hardship, integrate back into community life, and experience lasting transformation through faith, practical support, and opportunity.
Our Mission
Our mission is to assist victims in rebuilding their lives in positive and meaningful ways, empowering them to become fully functioning and upstanding members of society after victimization or devastation.
About
Our Faith

We believe in the healing power of Jesus Christ. Every life has value, and every person deserves the chance to rise again. Through faith, we provide the hope and courage needed to rebuild.
“To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.”
– Isaiah 61:3
We believe our faith leads us. Compassion grounds us. Transformation drives us. We work closely with churches, attorneys, local businesses, and community partners to provide direct advocacy, legal guidance, and pathways to employment and stability.
Founder’s Message
“I know what it’s like to lose everything and have to rebuild. That’s why I started SAINT, to show others that no matter what you’ve been through, your story isn’t over.”
— Troy Telleria, Founder & President

Troy Telleria, Founder & President
The SAINT Initiative was founded by Troy Telleria, a former law enforcement professional and licensed private investigator who experienced his own journey of rebuilding after personal and professional loss. Through faith and perseverance, he transformed his setback into a mission to help others rise again.

Troy’s investigative background and leadership experience allow him to bring structure, strategy, and safety to the work of advocacy. His private investigations firm, Superior Alliance Intel, proudly serves as SAINT’s primary operational partner, providing intelligence support, logistics, and resources for victims navigating complex legal or personal challenges.
